What are the ministryteams? Why do they exist?

To serve others before, during and after the latechurch service. You have been uniquely gifted by God for a specific purpose. You have within you the capacity to do what you love and are good at doing. They exist so that you will be equipped with the opportunity to fulfill this purpose.

The TRAILBLAZER shows ownership, initiative, and is independent. The TRAILBLAZER loves a challenge and will rise to it without fail every time!

The GUARDIAN is a protector, a cultivator, and is compassionate. They watch out for the people around them and most fulfilled at meeting others needs!

The SOCIAL GENIUS is outgoing, friendly, and is a networker. They are the type of person who just naturally makes others feel at ease!

The MASTERMIND is inspirational, motivational, and is a team builder. If you see a great team, you can bet there is a MASTERMIND behind it all!

The NINJA is procedural, task-oriented, and is a detail lover. You may never see a NINJA, but the trail of completion left behind will let you know one was there!

Now read through the list below after finding your personality and see which team best fits you. Remember, just dive in and try something now… you’re not making a lifetime commitment.

When you know where you want to serve, write it on the back of your Find Your Fit card and talk to a ministry connection person. They will give you important information about your team and let you know when you will be scheduled for training with your team’s leader.

The social genius is outgoing, friendly, and is a net worker. You love chatting it up with everybody and naturally make people feel at ease around you.

The trail blazer shows ownership, initiative, and is independent. You can tackle just about anything and love to figure out how to do things better. The trail blazer loves a challenge and will rise to it without fail every time!

Trail Blazer Volunteer Roles:

• Security Team

• Usher Team

• Baptism Team

• Photography Team

• Kid’s City Elementary Large Group Leader

• Kid’s City 2s, 3s, 4s Teacher Team

• Kid’s City Nursery Team

The guardian is a protector, a cultivator, and is compassionate. You watch out for the people around you and take care of their every need.
